My approach is real, imperfect, warm, and grounded in curiosity, humor, and compassion. In our work together, we'll make space for more honesty, compassion, and choice.
When I think about personal challenges, I often refer to The Wizard of Oz. The lion longed for courage; the scarecrow, a brain; the tin man, a heart; and Dorothy, the feeling of home. At the end of their journeys (spoilers!), each character discovers that their deepest yearnings are also their strongest resources.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-awareness, and the mind–body connection. I believe therapy is not only about being supported during sessions, but also about feeling empowered with tools you can carry into your everyday life.
Hello! I’m happy you’re here, taking a step toward deeper self-awareness and healing. My approach to counseling is warm and encouraging, grounded in analytical psychology and holistic wellness. You are unique, so together we’ll explore where you are, where you’d like to be, and how to get there.
My areas of focus include grief and loss related to infertility, anxiety, parenting challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I also bring a background in holistic health and coaching, which informs my emphasis on the mind–body connection.
