I believe growth and change are a process of discovering who we are underneath the stories, roles, expectations, and patterns we have accumulated along the way.

Sometimes that discovery comes during our hardest moments, when we are forced to look honestly at how we are living, what is no longer working, and what needs to change.

We live in a time of incredible speed, information, and constant stimulation. It can be difficult to find our center, hear our own voice, and make the kinds of changes that matter in the day-to-day of our lives. I am interested in what happens between awareness and change, understanding where our patterns come from, recognizing the narratives that keep us caught in familiar loops of the mind, and learning how to reframe them.

My path to counseling has grown out of more than 24 years of spiritual practice and community, including leadership, women’s empowerment, youth programming, retreats, and workshops focused on growth and transformation. This experience has deeply shaped my understanding of healing as an integrated process involving mind, body, and spirit. It has also sparked my interest in the ways psychology, science, and spirituality can inform our understanding of the human experience.

I currently work as a Client Experience Director at a wellness center, where I support individuals through ketamine-assisted therapy and integration, as well as those navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, burnout, and significant life transitions.

I am pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. My developing clinical approach draws from CBT, existential perspectives, and mindfulness, with particular interest in meaning, purpose, and nervous system regulation.

I am a mother of three and have been married for more than 20 years. I love traveling, being in nature and I am passionate about music.

I am supervised by Linda A. Ramsey, MA, LPC, LMFT-S.
