Affordable Therapy for Austin Adults

What to Expect

    • Adult individuals and couples (18+) who live in the Austin area.

    • We are not able to provide crisis services.

  • Therapy is offered online via video. Starting September 1, 2026 we will have limited availability for in-person sessions in our new South Congress office.

  • Our therapists are licensed mental health professionals and graduate-level interns. They are supervised by fully licensed mental health professionals. Meet the team here.

  • We have a sliding scale payment program, which varies by clinician level and type of therapy. See below for more information. We do not ask for proof of income.

    We are NOT in network with health insurance carriers.

Session Rates

    Individual Therapy

    Individual session fees range from $ 30 -$ 55 (sliding scale) for 50-minute sessions with graduate-level therapy interns and $ 40- $ 75 for 50-minute sessions with associate therapists, when available.

    Couples Therapy

    Couples session fees range from $40-$60 for 50-minute sessions and $55-$85 for 80-minute sessions with graduate-level interns.
