I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can bring your whole self—without judgment, pretense, or the pressure to be "fixed".

Moving through life often means managing experiences we didn't choose, using coping strategies that helped us survive but might now leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck.

Together, we look beyond surface symptoms to understand how your history, relationships, and environment shape your story, helping you reconnect with your innate capacity to heal and grow.

My clinical approach is warm, relational, and deeply grounded in curiosity and compassion.

As an Egyptian immigrant, my path toward counseling has been deeply informed by lived experience. Coming from a culture where mental health often carries heavy stigma, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to seek support and how vital it is to work with someone who honors your unique cultural context without requiring you to over-explain it.

I view therapy through a culturally responsive lens and am passionate about offering an inclusive space where individuals from diverse, minority, and immigrant backgrounds feel truly validated and at home.

I am working towards a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University.

When I'm not in the therapy room, I am usually pursuing activities that keep me present and grounded. You can often find me in the water, I swim 4 to 5 days a week. I also love traveling to explore new cultures.

I am supervised by Linda A. Ramsey, MA, LPC, LMFT-S.
