Lexa Noack
I am a warm, inviting therapist deeply committed to walking alongside my clients on their path towards healing and self-discovery.
I believe that every individual has an innate capacity for powerful healing and growth, and that my role is to help you access that inner wisdom with compassion and mindfulness.
I take a holistic trauma-informed approach that is firmly grounded in research-backed methods like mindfulness, CBT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, self-compassion, parts work, and existentialism. In our work together, we will create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported - exactly as you are.
The journey of self-discovery and healing can be complex; I aim to build a collaborative relationship in which clients develop resilience while honoring their unique needs and experiences. I consider it both an honor and a privilege to help you connect more deeply with yourself, find greater balance in your life, and build the courage to thrive in a way that feels true for you.
My clinical interests include (but are not limited to):
Managing Depression and/or Anxiety
Life Transitions
Managing Stress and/or Burnout
Mind/Body Integration
ADHD, Autism, & AuDHD
Complex Trauma
Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse
In my time, I greatly enjoy learning new things - right now I’m learning about the biology of music, and how/why music can affect our emotions. I’m also an ardent fiber artist, and can usually be found in a forest with my five dogs.
I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Finance, with minors in Cultural Anthropology and Developmental Psychology. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025, aiming to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I’m also a certified 200-HR KRI Yoga teacher.
I’m is supervised by Linda A. Ramsey LPC-S, LMFT-S.
