In my heart, I’m writer, a friend, and a dog mom.

Over the past two decades of my professional life, I have also had the honor of leading global content and design teams, helping organizations create more human-centered experiences for millions of people.

In my spare time, I've done a lot of personal work, including learning mindfulness practices that have helped me process challenging life experiences and live more intentionally. Along the way, I've also been a yoga student and teacher, an armchair psychologist, and as a writer, a lifelong observer of what makes people tick.

All of this has taught me that our stories can be a powerful tool for understanding ourselves, connecting with others, and finding new possibilities for growth.

I am passionate about the role mindfulness plays in helping us relate to our experiences with greater awareness. That awareness, and the sense of calm that can come with it, creates space for healing and more honest relationships with ourselves and others.

When I'm not working or volunteering, you'll usually find me deep in conversation with dear friends, exploring story ideas, or walking my dog. As Board President of Mindful Wellness Center of Austin, I am grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that helps people in my community find healing, resilience, and connection.
