Group Meditation classes

Our meditation class series is currently on hold, but we hope to offer classes again in 2023. Reach out to us at the contact form below to get on our waitlist.

Meditation can improve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness practices can increase self-awareness, patience, and self-compassion, and reduce negative emotions.

Meditation classes are taught by licensed social worker and meditation instructor, Michelle Morgan.

Classes are suitable for beginners and participants need to register at least 2 hours in advance.

Classes are donation-based, suggested donation is $5
