Group Meditation classes

We will begin a new online meditation class series in 2025. Fill out the form below to get on our waitlist.

Meditation can improve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness practices can increase self-awareness, patience, and self-compassion, and reduce negative emotions.

Classes are suitable for beginners and participants need to register at least 2 hours in advance.

Classes are donation-based, suggested donation is $5
