Our mission is to provide sliding-scale holistic services through integrative and mindful practitioners in the fields of counseling, functional and ayurvedic nutrition, meditation, yoga, and bodywork practitioners.
Our Hope for 2020
We hope our affordable mindfulness-based counseling will help foster a sense of connection, self-compassion and comfort for those struggling to cope with the intense uncertainty, stress and anxiety related to Covid 19. Our Telehealth option coupled with a sliding scale fee allows us to be flexible so we can be in this Covid pandemic with you.
Our Programs
Currently MWCA has several therapists / counselors who have availability for individual counseling sessions and low-cost private yoga sessions for anxiety and depression.
Our intention is to offer at least one virtual / video group class for Mindfulness Skill Development in the fall of 2020.

Get Involved
If you are a mindful health care practitioner or clinician in the Austin area and would like to open up one or two appointments per month at a heavily discounted rate to individuals who earn less than our area’s median income, please let us know by clicking on the button under ‘Volunteer Opportunities’
